As a B2B Sales Associate, you will be working with local businesses and customers to expand our energy resources. Your daily responsibilities will include business engagement, introducing how businesses can become more sustainable, and promoting energy services to increase brand awareness in the market. Responsibilities of a B2B Sales Associate:
- Engage in daily customer service and sales interactions with business and explain to them the benefits of sustainable business energy
- Meet and exceed assigned sales metrics with energy products and services available.
- Build brand awareness by effectively promoting various energy services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable energy efficient products
- Learn how to process energy service sales order to become efficient
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with business owners and customers.
Skills & Experience For Our B2B Sales Associate Role:
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer needs in a timely manner
- Adaptability to excel in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment
- Prior knowledge in sustainable energy, clean environment, or other similarities is a plus
- Leadership experience within a team in any setting prior is also a bonus to have
Qualifications for a B2B Sales Associate:
- Experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Reliable transportation to the office
- Time management and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing personality with a proven ability to work in a team setting & independently
